ONYX Electric API
This is the integration server of ONYX Electric LLC, a licensed residential electrical contractor in the Tampa Bay area of Florida. It connects ONYX's own accounts with the operations software our team uses to answer customers and schedule work.
Thumbtack
ONYX Electric is a pro on Thumbtack. Through the Thumbtack Partner API, with authorization from our own Thumbtack business account, this server receives new Thumbtack requests and messages so we can answer them in minutes, book the estimate visit in our field-service system, and confirm it in the same Thumbtack conversation.
This is a first-party integration for one business. It is not offered to other pros, resold, or used to market to anyone.
